Our Story

How it began

Our story began with thousands of miles between us, stretching from China to America. What started as conversations across time zones quickly became something extraordinary. Late nights for one and early mornings for the other became our routine, proving that distance could never diminish what we were building together.

Long distance taught us patience, trust, and the importance of choosing each other every single day. Every airport reunion reminded us that every goodbye was worth it, and every mile only strengthened our love.

Today, we're grateful for the journey that brought us here. What once separated us became the foundation of a love built to last, and we can't wait to celebrate the beginning of forever with all of you in Greece.

The Destination

Costa Navarino, Greece

Tucked along the unspoiled south-western coast of the Peloponnese, Costa Navarino is a place of soft light, ancient olive groves and the kind of sea that quiets the mind. Days are long and golden; evenings are warm and lit by the Mediterranean sun.

Costa Navarino is around 50 minutes by car from Kalamata Airport (KLX) — the nearest international airport.

It is here, between the Ionian Sea and the hills of Messinia, that we hope you'll join us — to slow down, to gather, and to celebrate together.

Where to Stay

Accommodation

We've reserved a room block at the Westin and the W Costa Navarino, where the Sunday beach party will also take place. We'd love for you to stay with us at either hotel, though of course guests are very welcome to arrange their own accommodation in the area if preferred.

The two hotels are approximately 10 minutes apart and are connected by a shuttle service.

Getting There

Travel & Flights

Kalamata (KLX) is the closest airport to Costa Navarino, approximately a 45–50 minute drive from the hotels.

Flight schedules for our wedding dates are expected to become available from September 2026 – December 2026 depending on the airline, so please check the latest availability and timings when booking.

Several airlines operate direct flights between London and Kalamata.

  • • EasyJet typically flies on Thursdays and Mondays from London Gatwick
  • • Wizz Air on Fridays and Tuesdays from London Luton
  • • Ryanair on Fridays and Mondays from London Stansted
  • • British Airways also operates a direct service, usually once a week, although the day varies depending on the season.

For guests travelling from the USA or elsewhere via the UK, please be mindful of which London airport your international flight arrives into, as your onward flight to Kalamata may depart from a different airport. We recommend allowing plenty of time for immigration, baggage collection and transfers between airports to ensure you make your connecting flight comfortably.
